Copyright Law in a Nutshell: A Practical Guide for Authors (and Everyone Else)

Jan Barták

The aim of this manual is to provide a clear and accessible introduction to Czech copyright law for readers without a legal background. It is intended primarily for authors and performers—the very people whom copyright law is designed to protect and serve. Rather than striving for comprehensiveness, the manual prioritizes clarity and accessibility.
