More specifically, the project aims to create a strategy and tools for a measurable and sustainable increase in the export of Czech audiovisual production through: 1) tools (a dashboard) for the semi-automated collection and evaluation of data on cross-border circulation, including a predictive model using machine learning; 2) an evaluation of the effectiveness of existing distribution strategies, intermediaries, and support programmes; 3) the identification of factors and barriers affecting exportability and success in foreign markets at the level of individual audiovisual works as well as production companies; 4) a description of examples of good practice based on analyses of foreign markets, including the identification of new territories and partners; 5) proposed solutions, i.e. export support strategies, implementation of a tool for measuring and predicting exports, and the design and metrics of a dedicated support scheme.
